‘A seed hidden in the heart of an apple is an orchard invisible’
Welsh Proverb
The seed of Apple Tree Wholeness was birthed in 2018 and now there is an orchard of one on one sessions, workshops and courses.
The apple tree is a symbol of balance, harmony, and connection to all there is. It stands with its deep roots meandering down into earth, held, supported, and nourished, its trunk connects the roots to the branches that spread out and up to the sky, the sun and the moon. It is a perfect balance of heaven and earth and the masculine and feminine energy.
At Apple Tree Wholeness you can expect a supportive, trusting, non-judgemental and sacred space, where an authentic relationship is built, and you feel comfortable and safe to express yourself and grow. You will explore your roots, your trunk and branches through exploring your body, mind, spirit, and soul and connecting to your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
The apple tree represents the healing journey, it is connected deeply to the changing of the seasons, in spring the tree begins new life as buds appear, in summer the buds transform and blossom into flowers, in autumn the leaves and blossom fall off into the earth and in the winter the fruits of this cycle, the apple can be enjoyed.
At Apple Tree Wholeness you will access the seed of your imagination for the purpose of transformation, growth, healing, and wholeness. You will gain tools to support yourself in your journey to wholeness and so you can harvest the fruits from your orchard.
You will be given maps and frameworks to support you to navigate your journey and the different seasons and stages you journey through. There is a season when it is time to bud something new into our lives, to have a clear vision of where we are heading. There is a season of the vision blossoming into life and in this part of the journey we can face a few or many challenges, where we often need to connect to the qualities and energies of the warrior to enable us to move them. Often the challenges bring up memories, emotions, thoughts, and stories that need to be shed and transformed, it is the time we need to ‘let go of’ something which no longer serves us, it’s the season of healing. We then gather the fruits of the journey by claiming the wisdom from it, maybe new insights, additional resources and tools or a greater compassion for ourselves and others.
